DAMAGES & WARRANTY
Within 1 year of delivery, if your NovaDoll is broken or damaged, contact us for free repair tools and instructions to fix it yourself. Alternatively, you can send your doll to our warehouse for free repairs of minor issues; you only pay for delivery.
If your NovaDoll arrives damaged, notify us within 3 days of receipt. For more details, refer to our returns and shipping policies.

Care Guidelines For Novadolls
Moving Your Doll When New:
Handle your NovaDoll with care, especially when moving its limbs. Initially, joints may be stiff; gently position arms and legs and return them to a straight position when changing poses.
Cleaning Your NovaDoll:
Clean before first use to remove residue.
Monthly cleaning is recommended if not stored dust-free.
Clean thoroughly after each use in key areas.
Apply oil 3-4 times a year to TPE dolls; avoid over-oiling.
Use vaseline/petroleum jelly sparingly on high-stress areas.
Use corn starch/flour before long-term storage.
Avoid alcohol or silicone-based products.
Detailed Cleaning Process:
Wipe off excess fluids with a soft towel.
Clean the wig separately.
Wash inserts in anti-bacterial warm soapy water; air dry.
For the full doll, use a spray bottle with sulfate-free soap and warm water; gently clean the skin.
Protect the doll's "skeleton" during water exposure; avoid wetting the neck and head.
Dry the doll on towels; use a fan for faster drying.
Never use abrasive soaps or harsh cleaning tools.

How to Move and Store Your Sex Doll?

- The easiest way to move your sex doll is by holding it vertically in a "Bearhug" position. Do not lift the doll using limbs or the head; always support the body. Avoid throwing it over your shoulder to prevent pressure on the "spine".
How Long Should I Heat My Love Doll?
- If using a heating rod, do not exceed 10 minutes in summer or 20 minutes in winter.

What Is Not Covered by the Guarantee?
- Skin tone differences: The screen representation of skin tone may slightly differ from the received doll.
Doll staining: Avoid dressing sex dolls in dark clothes to prevent staining. We do not accept returns or refunds due to dyeing from dark clothes. Use color removal oil/cream for cleaning if staining occurs.
Heating and moaning features: Test these features upon receipt. We do not cover disconnections during use; repair at our warehouse is free if you cover delivery costs.
